Invoicify ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

We collect and process the following data:

2.1 User Data (Stored in iCloud via CloudKit)

The App stores invoices and client information in Apple’s CloudKit to sync data across your Apple devices. This data is private and accessible only to you. We do not have access to this data.

2.2 Analytics and Crash Reporting (Firebase)

We use Google Firebase for basic analytics and crash reporting. Firebase may collect anonymized usage data to help us improve the App. Firebase data collection is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

2.3 Subscription Data (StoreKit)

The App offers premium subscriptions through Apple’s StoreKit. Payment processing and subscription management are handled by Apple. We do not collect or store payment details. For more information, please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your data is only stored on your device and iCloud account.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored in iCloud as long as the App is installed. You can delete all stored data by:

• Deleting the App from your device (removes local data).
• Removing App data from iCloud in Apple settings.
• Using the "Reset Data" option in the App settings (clears all stored data).

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be reflected in the latest version of the App.
